Refund Policy

All sales are final. Premium payments, crypto payments, top-ups, and digital access purchases are non-refundable.

Because access is granted digitally and crypto payments are irreversible by nature, we do not offer refunds for used, partially used, or activated purchases.

If there is a technical issue with premium activation, contact support before disputing a payment so we can verify the transaction and fix the access problem.

Submitting a payment does not guarantee access if the transaction is incomplete, underpaid, reversed, or rejected by the payment provider.
